An image-capturing system comprises a light-guiding element, being integrally-formed and comprising an illuminating light-guiding part and an image light-guiding part. The illuminating light-guiding part is configured for guiding lights from a light source to penetrate inside a sample. The image light-guiding part is configured for guiding image lights to an imaging module. The reflection rate at the interface between the illuminating light-guiding part and the sample is reduced without disposing immersion oil, thereby improving illuminating efficiency to visualize the deeper structure of the sample.
