PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus which enables an operator who is tilting and operating an operation lever to simultaneously perform another operation with his or her hand being used to tilt and operate the lever.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus 10 is provided with: an eye information acquiring unit 33 which acquires a measurement image of an eye to be inspected E； and an operation lever 18 which is tilted and operated to adjust the position of the eye information acquiring unit 33 with respect to the eye E.
