The present invention provides a method for producing natural washing water. The method comprises: a step of mixing Artemisia capillaris, licorice, Angelica gigas NAKAI, Moutau cortex, Saururus chinensis (Lour.) Baill., pine needles, Houttuynia cordata, dried clove buds, Cnidium officinale Makino, Thujae orientalis Semen, and mint； a step of obtaining a first concentrate by adding and heating the mixed herbal medicinal materials and water in a first container； a step of extracting a first extract through a filtering member with respect to the first concentrate； a step of obtaining a second concentrate by adding Illicium verum Hooker fil. in a second container and by adding and heating water in the second container； a step of extracting a second extract through a filtering member with respect to the second concentrate； mixing and heating the first extract and the second extract； aging the heated mixed extract in a cool place； and a refrigerating step of removing the smells of the herbal medicinal materials by adding the aged mixed extract in a sealed container and by refrigerating the sealed container. According to the present invention, twelve kinds of herbal medicinal materials containing various active ingredients which are beneficial to skin health are mixed, so skin troubles, xeroderma, and dermatitis are alleviated and the regeneration of damaged skin is promoted. Natural washing water produced according to the present invention has soothing and astringent effects with respect to skin, has weak acid, is extracted from a natural material, and is not an irritant.
