SUBSTANCE: invention refers to taking liquid samples from pipelines and can find application in oil and other industries where high accuracy of determination of parameters of transferred liquid is required. According to invention part of flow in pipe-line is transported under excessive pressure over channel connecting pipe-line with automatic sampler and samples are taken. First pressure difference in channel is found, under which velocity of flow in channel exceeds half-velocity of flow in pipe-line. Then velocity of flow in channel is adjusted proceeding from specified pressure difference.
