PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for skin cell death prevention containing fermented red ginseng extracts is provided to increase the expression of SIRT3 which is well known for a longevity gene. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin cell death prevention contains fermented red ginseng extracts. The fermented red ginseng extract is obtained by inoculating Tricoderma reesei and aspergillus niger on the red ginseng extract and cultivating thereof after inoculating lactobacillus in the extract of red ginseng and fermenting thereof. The lactobacillus is Lactobacillus fermentum. 0.0001-10 wt% of the fermented red ginseng extract is included in the cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition has formulations of lotion(tonic), nutritive lotion, moisturizing cream, massage cream or nutritious essence. A manufacturing method of the fermented red ginseng extracts comprises the following steps: obtaining the red ginseng extract by using the red ginseng extraction solvent； inoculating the lactobacillus fermentum in the extract of red ginseng and fermenting thereof are 30-37 deg. Celsius for 3-4 days； respectively inoculating aspergillus niger and Trichoderma reesei in the fermentation liquid and cultivating at 25-30 deg. Celsius for 3-4 days； and obtaining the red ginseng extract by aging, heat treating and filtering the culture fluid.
