PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product smooth to the palate without sandiness at a lower cost, by grinding a roughly cut juice raw material with grinder mortar bodies of a ceramic material placed at the top and bottom and regulating the particle size. CONSTITUTION:A juice raw material is initially washed with a chemical and then water and roughly cut. The above-mentioned raw material is subsequently introduced into mutual rotating surfaces of grinder mortar bodies 51 and 52, consisting of a ceramic material and placed at the top and bottom and passed therethrough while regulating moisture to carry out fine dividing by milling and grinding down action of the mortar bodies. Thereby the aimed product having a particle size suitable for beverages is obtained.
