PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electrical appliance capable of imparting heat stimulation and rubbing stimulation to a skin surface.SOLUTION: A rubbing body 114 for imparting rubbing stimulation to a skin surface is provided in such a manner as to be adjacent to a heat stimulation head 15 for imparting heat stimulation to the skin surface. The rubbing body 114 is a rotatably-supported ball 114.
