PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electrical appliance capable of supplying an electric current to a skin surface and capable of imparting rubbing stimulation to the skin surface.SOLUTION: A rubbing body 77 or 114 for imparting a rubbing stimulus to a skin surface is provided in such a manner as to be adjacent to a skin electrode 15 or 65 for supplying an electric current to the skin surface. The rubbing body 77 or 114 is a rotatably-supported ball 77 or 114.
