The small electrical appliance includes a rubbing body holder 76, and a ball 77 that is rotatably supported by the rubbing body holder 76. The ball 77 is retained by a plurality of retainer arms 87 provided for the rubbing body holder 76. The ball 77 is elastically supported by the plurality of retainer arms 87.
