The present invention relates to a syringe needle cap with a reuse prevention structure. When exposing a syringe needle in a state where a fixing cap unit and a transparent open cap unit of a reuse prevention cover are integrally arranged by a connection cutting unit, the connection cutting unit is cut by rotating the transparent open cap unit in one direction with respect to the fixing cap unit to separate the transparent open cap unit from the fixing cap unit to expose the syringe needle for use and to check whether the syringe has been used depending on whether the connection cutting unit is cut, which prevents reuse of the syringe. An outlet accommodation cap connected to the syringe body is coupled and fixed on the syringe body by a joining unit. The outlet accommodation cap, a syringe needle accommodation cap, and the fixing cap unit of the reuse prevention cover are firmly coupled and fixed by a first and second fixing unit.
