PURPOSE: A prescriptive method of bos Taurus coreanae is provided to attain high-quality meat with excellent degree of intramuscular fat by selecting heifer calf from good pedigree cowat and specializing supply of feed according to months of age. CONSTITUTION: After childbirth of pedigree registrated cow, supply fixed quantity of young calf feed from 1.5 to 2.5Kg and unlimited roughage until 3 months of age by selecting female calf which weaning on 7th day and supplying milk replacer until 2nd month. Supply Gramineae roughage, and Leguminosae roughage by mixing at a ratio of 7:3 to selected female calf with unrestricted. Supply with a fixed quantity of timothy roughage which is the 1.5 to 2 weight% of beef heifer Korean native cattle which had breeding TMR until 14th month in an unlimited amount. Supply with a fixed amount which is 1.8 to 2.2 weight% of beef heifer Korean native cattle which had early fattening period TMR until 24th month. Supply with a fixed amount which is 1.8 to 2.5 weight% of two beef heifer Korean native cattles which had finishing period TMR until 40th month. A milk replacer restrictedly supply 4 liter per one in a day, and unlimitedly supply young calf fodder in addition. A Gramineae roughage are selected more than one from the group of an Italian rye grass, a rye, an oat, timothy, an orchard, and a lupin. A Leguminosae roughage is selected more than one from the group of alfalfa, and a tall fescue. A feeding amount per head of alfalfa is 3.5 Kg or less per day.
