The purpose of the present application is to provide an antibody that exhibits high binding activity to Fcγ receptors and can be used as a substitute for IVIG, DNA coding said antibody, a vector containing said DNA, a transformant obtained through the introduction of said vector, a method of producing an antibody using said transformant, and an autoimmune disease therapeutic agent containing said antibody as an active ingredient. The present application relates to a monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes a beta chain of human haptoglobin having the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 70, and binds with said human haptoglobin to form a polyvalent immune complex.
