The present invention relates to a separation device for fruit seeds, which comprises the following: a support frame a conveying unit installed on the support frame and rotating to form an endless track a support unit installed on the conveying unit, and moving along the endless track direction, for placing a fruit and a fruit separation cutting unit removing the seeds of the fruit placed on the support unit and cutting the fruit without the seeds into a plurality of pieces. The separation device for fruit seeds of the present invention can easily remove a large amount of seeds in a short time, by removing seeds of the fruit continuously moving along the endless track using a blade unit which moves up and down.
