PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute lower limit regulation means for setting a lower limit position of a link mechanism, by using a structurally-simple material with proper durability.SOLUTION: A traveling machine body comprises a support base 4 for supporting the side of one end in a longitudinal direction of a link mechanism 5. The support base 4 comprises a top link pivoting shaft 43 for supporting a traveling machine body-side end of a top link 5L in such a manner that it can vertically swing around a transverse axis x1 along a horizontal direction.
