An interactive rehabilitation method for movement of upper and lower extremities is disclosed. An identification label of an extracted image is detected to provide an operating position of an image of an extremity. A movement mode for a target image is determined according to the identification label and the target image is displayed in a scene. It is determined whether identification labels corresponding to movement of an extremity of the target image are being continuously obtained, and, if so, the performance of the movement of the extremity is led based on operational guidance. A feedback operation is provided according to the movement of the extremity, preset movement paths and velocities, and targeted positions of the target image.
