PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize syringe measuring systems 10, 20 in which even a syringe possessing a minute scale and a syringe possessing a different diameter with a state of similar scale intervals can be easily used.SOLUTION: A placing face 17 of a placing table 14 on which a syringe 6 as a measuring object is placed at the time of measurement is made transparent. As an imaging device 19 which shots the syringe 6 on the placing face 17, an image scanner which scans from underneath the placing face 17 is employed. Also, liquid measure is estimated from scale images of the syringe 6 and a packing diameter d is estimated from a packing image of the syringe 6. Thereby, on the basis of comparison between the estimated value D of the packing diameter and the data of the packing diameter, propriety of a calculated value of the liquid measure is determined.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】細かな目盛のシリンジや目盛の刻み状態の似た異径のシリンジでも手軽に使えるシリンジ計量システム10,20を実現する。【解決手段】計量対象のシリンジ6を計量時に載せて置く載置台14の載置面17を透明にし、載置面17上のシリンジ6を撮る撮像装置19に、載置面17の下で走査するイメージスキャナを採用する。また、シリンジ6の目盛画像から液量を推定するとともに、シリンジ6のパッキン画像からパッキン径dを推定し、このパッキン径推定値Dとパッキン径データとの照合にて液量算出値の適否を判定する。【選択図】 図1
