PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe measuring system which can be easily carried without having an electric balance and an ascent/descent device.SOLUTION: A syringe 6 placed on a placing surface 17 of a placing table 14 is imaged with an image pickup device 19 while being illuminated from behind with diffusion light from a light-emitting surface 16 of an illumination device 15, an image of calibrations 6b of the syringe 6 is detected from the picked-up image by an information processing device 12, calibrations continuing portions A, C, in which the images of the calibrations are aligned with equal spaces, and a calibration omitted portion B in which the calibrations are omitted are recognized in images, and an estimated liquid amount value in the syringe is calculated on the basis of the number of the calibration images belonging to the calibrations continuing portion A on a needle attached portion 6a side. Data of the width of the calibration omitted portion B is compared with data of packing thickness t to recognize the propriety of the calculated value.
