摘要：: The present invention is directed to novel compounds of Formula (I)pharmaceutically acceptable salts, biologically active metabolites, pro-drugs, racemates, enantiomers, diastereomers, solvates and hydrates thereof wherein the variables are defined as herein. The compounds of Formula (I) are useful as kinase inhibitors and as such would be useful in treating certain conditions and diseases, especially inflammatory conditions and diseases and proliferative disorders and conditions, for example, cancers.本發明係關於新穎式(I)化合物其醫藥學上可接受之鹽、生物學活性代謝物、前藥、外消旋物、對映異構體、非對映異構體、溶劑合物及水合物，其中變數係如本文中所定義。該等式(I)化合物適用作激酶抑制劑，且因而適用於治療某些病狀及疾病，尤其發炎病狀及疾病及增生性病症及病狀，例如癌症。
