The present invention relates to novel sEH inhibitors and their use in the treatment of diseases mediated by sEH enzymes. In particular, the present invention relates to compounds of formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds of the present invention are sEH inhibitors and can be used for the treatment of diseases mediated by the sEH enzyme, such as hypertension. Accordingly, the present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the present invention. The invention also relates to a method of inhibiting sEH and treating conditions associated therewith, using a compound of the invention, or a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the invention.
