A search result display method and apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring a plurality of web pages according to a user search request, performing proper noun identification and word segmentation processing on the title of each web page, and acquiring part of speech and expansion information corresponding to the word segmentation result (S101); determining core information about each web page according to the part of speech and expansion information corresponding to the word segmentation result (S102); screening web pages matching the search request from a plurality of web page results according to the core information about each web page (S103); and performing cluster analysis on the web pages matching the search request, and generating a search result and displaying same to the user (S104). According to the method, web pages matching a search request are subjected to cluster analysis, thereby providing to a user search results having richer and more diversified core viewpoints.
