PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoe capable of performing a herbicidal work efficiently in accordance with the case, in which the irregular state of a ground surface is not homogeneous, and gathering the cut grass.SOLUTION: A hoe comprises a handle and a plate part 2 disposed at the leading end of the handle, such that the plate part 2 includes a plurality of grounding portions applied to the ground surface to act, and such that the ground portions have plural kinds of shapes. Here, the plate part 2 is not curved but constituted of a flat plate.
