PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of specifying a position of a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A blood vessel detection device includes: an irradiation unit equipped with a light shielding plate having a direction adjusting unit for enhancing the linearity of an irradiation light on an irradiation surface for irradiating a subject with a light of a first wavelength of a hemoglobin absorption band, and a light of a second wavelength, which is a light of a wavelength whose hemoglobin absorption is smaller than that of the light of the first wavelength； a light intensity detection unit arranged at a predetermined interval from a position of light irradiation by the irradiation unit or arranged continuously, for detecting the light intensity at one or more positions emitted from the subject； and a control unit for calculating scattering information from the light intensity of the light of the second wavelength, calculating absorption information from the light intensity of the light of the first wavelength, calculating blood flow information from the light intensity of the light of the second wavelength, and detecting a blood vessel from the scattering information, the absorption information, and the blood flow information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 血管位置を特定することが可能な装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】 照射面に照射光の直線性を高めるための方向調整部を有する遮光板を有し、ヘモグロビンの吸収帯の第１波長の光と、第１波長の光より、ヘモグロビンの吸収が小さい波長の光である第２波長の光とを被検体に照射する照射部と、照射部による光の照射位置から所定間隔をあけて、あるいは、連続的に配置されて、被検体から放出される１以上の位置の光強度を検出する光強度検出部と、第２波長の光の光強度から、散乱情報を算出し、第１波長の光の光強度から、吸収情報を算出し、第２波長の光の光強度から、血流情報を算出し、散乱情報と吸収情報と血流情報とから血管を検知する制御部と、を有する。【選択図】 図１
