PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring individual concentrations of lipid in lipo proteins by a non-invasive lipid measurement, and a method thereof.SOLUTION: A blood lipid concentration measuring device includes an irradiation part for irradiating an irradiation light of a first wavelength and an irradiation light of a second wavelength with predetermined light intensity from the outside of the living body to the inside of the living body, light intensity detection parts which are disposed at a predetermined interval from a position of the light irradiation by the irradiation part or disposed continuously, and detect first light intensity and second light intensity emitted from the living body so as to measure the attenuation according to a distance between the irradiation detections of the light intensity of the irradiated irradiation lights of the first wavelength and the second wavelength, a scattering coefficient calculation part for calculating a first scattering coefficient and a second scattering coefficient in the living body based on the first light intensity and the second light intensity detected by the light intensity detection parts, and a lipid concentration calculation part for calculating a variation in the concentration of a second lipid group in blood based on a variation in the second scattering coefficient, and calculating a variation in the concentration of a first lipid group based on a variation in the first scattering coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 非侵襲脂質計測により、リポ蛋白中の脂質の個々の濃度を測定する装置及びその方法を提供する。【解決手段】 生体外から生体内に向けて所定の光強度で、第1の波長の照射光、及び、第2の波長の照射光を照射する照射部と、照射した第1の波長及び第2の波長の照射光の光強度の照射検出間距離に応じた減衰を計測するために、照射部による光の照射位置から所定間隔をあけて、あるいは、連続的に配置されて、生体から放出される第1の光強度及び第2の光強度を検出する光強度検出部と、光強度検出部により検出された第1の光強度及び第2の光強度に基づき生体内における第1の散乱係数及び第2の散乱係数をそれぞれ算出する散乱係数算出部と、第2の散乱係数の変化量に基づき、血液内の第2の脂質群の濃度の変化量を算出し、第1の散乱係数の変化量に基づき、第1の脂質群の濃度の変化量を算出する脂質濃度算出部とを有する。【選択図】 図1
