The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing blended tea using Platycodon grandiflorum and Arctium lappa. The blended tea according to the present invention is manufactured by boiling, drying, and roasting Platycodon grandiflorum and Arctium lappa, which are effective but have low preference due to unique taste and odor, and then blending Platycodon grandiflorum and Arctium lappa at a specific ratio. The content of total polyphenols and total flavonoids is increased while exhibiting efficacy of Platycodon grandiflorum and Arctium lappa, and nitrite scavenging ability is enhanced. In addition, aroma and flavor are deepened to enhance the preference.
