PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for solving problems about pain and discomfort on each joint and surrounding of each joint, by a novel solution, to pain and discomfort on an elbow joint, a radius carpus joint (called as wrist joint), a knee joint, and an articulatio talocruralis (called as ankle joint).SOLUTION: A solution can be solved by: a first step for, by paying attention to a deviation which occurs similarly, on an elbow, a wrist, a knee, and an ankle joint, pressing forward (to a back of a hand on a wrist joint) a distal part of an object joint on which pain occurs; a second step for suppressing an elbow joint and wrist joint to an external rotation direction of a forearm part, or suppressing a knee joint and an ankle joint to an inner rotation direction of a cruris part; and a third step for making a user to take an exercise for moving an object joint by himself/herself such as walking and flexion, for properly acquiring effects brought by a device after the user wears a correction device for executing the first step, or the first and second steps.COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 肘関節、橈骨手根関節(以下『手関節』と表現)、膝関節、距腿関節(以下『足関節』と表現)に起因の痛みや違和感に対して、今まで存在することのなかった考え方で、各関節とその周囲の違和感や痛みに対する問題を解決する。 【解決手段】 肘、手、膝、足関節に類似的に起きるズレに着目することにより、痛み等のある対象関節の遠位部を前方へ(手関節においては手甲側へ)押し出す第1過程、肘、手関節においては前腕部の外旋方向、もしくは、膝、足関節においては下腿部の内旋方向へ制圧をする第2過程、第1過程または第1過程及び第2過程を実施する矯正装置を装着した後に、装置の効果を適正に得るために、歩行や屈伸など主に自らが対象関節を動かす運動を行う第3過程を経て、問題を解決する。
