PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package at an inexpensive price, having a function which can prevent an infant and an older person to mistakenly drink a package including a content as it is, and damage a canal wall and the like, and allows an older person and a patient handicapped with fingers to easily open.SOLUTION: A package is obtained by welding a film or a sheet in which a recess (pocket) is molded in part with a lid material. Furthermore, the safe package which does not give damage to a canal wall in mistakenly drinking is obtained by making a cut body piece by cutting so as to be at least one pocket in a state that the lid material is welded with the film or sheet, and making a package which does not pierce into an aluminum foil when executing a piercing testing A, and does not cause damage or break in a testing plate when executing a piercing testing B or C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】小児や高齢者が内容品の入った包装体のまま誤飲して、消化管壁等を傷つけることを防止する事が可能で、且つ高齢者や手指の不自由な患者でも容易に開封する事ができる機能を有する包装体を安価に提供する。 【解決手段】一部に凹部（ポケット）が成形されたフィルムまたはシートと蓋材とが溶着されてなる包装体であって、前記フィルムまたはシートに蓋材が溶着された状態で少なくとも１ポケットになるように切断して切断体片を作成して、刺通試験Ａを実施した時にアルミ箔に刺さらず、刺通試験ＢまたはＣを実施した時に試験板に傷や裂けを生じさせない包装体とすることで、誤飲時にも消化管に損傷を与えない、安全な包装体を得ることができる。【選択図】図１
