A sterilization device for cow milk mainly comprises a heating barrel, a heating unit, a cow milk storage barrel and an electrically controlled mechanism. The cow milk storage barrel is disposed in the heating barrel, in which a water storage space is formed between the cow milk storage barrel and the heating barrel. The heating unit disposed in the heating barrel is utilized to heat the cow milk storage barrel by a water-isolated heating method. The electrically controlled mechanism is utilized to monitor and display temperatures of the heating barrel and the cow milk storage barrel and to control the operation of the heating unit. Accordingly, the cow milk can have sterilization efficacy by the water-isolated heating method, and the cow milk nutrient content can be prevented from being damaged by an excessive heating temperature.
