PURPOSE:To stably process the soil property easily and make it applicable to various construction and repair works by adding the powder containing the preset chemical material as an easily available material to soil, and increasing the strength of the soft ground in particular. CONSTITUTION:A fine powder material containing calcium hydroxide and calcium chloride discharged from the toxic gas processing device of a refuse disposal facility is added to soil, and the soil property is stably processed. At least one kind of calcium chloride, pozzolana, blast furnace slag, converter slag, and Portland cement is used concurrently with these materials. This processing method is particularly effective for the soft ground mainly constituted of the viscous soil such as kaolinite as the soil and coarse grains such as quartz and feldspar and having low one-axis compressive strength. The soil property is stably processed for use in the construction work of an air port, a tank, a railroad, and a road in the reclaimed ground and the river repair work, and wastes can be effectively utilized.
