PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die piece for extruded noodles, which makes thin long strings of noodles having through holes by extrusion molding.SOLUTION: The die piece 1 for extruded noodles is used for making long strings of noodles having through holes in the longitudinal direction. The die piece 1 is composed of a pushing-out side piece 11 and a pushing-in side piece 12.
