The present invention relates to a scintillator-integrated grid, a manufacturing method thereof, and a grid-integrated X-ray detector using the same. The main objective of the present invention is to provide a scintillator-integrated grid, which is capable of preventing X-rays passing through an examination target and a grid from being lost in the air before reaching a scintillator so as to improve the accuracy of image data, a manufacturing method thereof, and a grid-integrated X-ray detector using the same. To that end, the scintillator-integrated grid is made of X-ray absorbing material and has a structure in which a plurality of through holes and partitions dividing the through holes are alternately arranged, wherein a scintillator is filled and fixed in each through hole.
