The present invention relates to a procedure pressure detecting device used for surgical training, and a procedure training system and a laparoscopic surgery assistance system employing a robot, which are provided with the procedure pressure detecting device. The present invention addresses the problem of improving surgical skills by means of surgical training. The procedure pressure detecting device is provided, in a trocar, a surgical instrument inserted into a trocar, or a procedure pressure related instrument, with a pressure sensor which is capable of detecting a procedure pressure acting as a result of a procedure performed using the surgical instrument. The procedure training system is provided with a pseudo body wall, a pressure sensor, a signal processing unit, and an image monitor, and the pseudo body wall is provided with a laparoscope insertion opening and a trocar insertion hole. The pressure sensor is capable of detecting the procedure pressure acting thereon, and the signal processing unit is capable of converting the procedure pressure detected by the pressure sensor into a procedure pressure graphic, and of displaying the same in real-time in conjunction with a captured image captured by the laparoscope, on the same screen of the image monitor.
