The present invention relates to a bio-feedback training device for measuring jaw resistive exercise to strengthen larynx rise by using a resistive exercise tension bar. The training device is lowered below the jaw to induce larynx rise, and resistive exercise is induced. After pressure of a film-type pressure sensor attached to the resistive exercise tension bar is measured and analyzed, bio-feedback is possible through a game. More specifically, after the resistive exercise tension bar is attached to the bottom of the jaw, force of a resistive exercise change for lowering the resistive exercise tension bar is measured by the pressure sensor and is converted into a digital value to recognize a pressure change of the jaw in a control module. The control module measures the pressure and then transfers data in a measuring and displaying program of an android environment.
