The present invention relates to a system for producing nano bubbles in a fluid for plants or fishes comprising at least one nano bubble generator to generate nano bubbles and increase the dissolution of gas; at least two gas pumps to control the generation of nano bubbles and to perform automatic periodical cleaning of the nano bubble generator; a fluid quality monitoring system with a liquid crystal display panel to show the measured parameters of dissolved oxygen, pH, electrical conductivity, water temperature in fluid and environmental temperature. When air or oxygen or ozone is used to produce the nano bubbles, the system of the present invention has the potential applications in promoting the growth of plants, increasing the seed germination rate, increasing the survival rate and promoting the growth rate of fresh water or sea water fishes. The ozone nano bubble as-produced can reduce the bacteria or algae in the water medium for planting or fish farming.
