PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-layer type skin lotion with excellent aesthetic property, which has good redispersibility and excellent in use feeling and can be promptly settled and returned to a two-layered state after redispersion.SOLUTION: The two-layer type skin lotion contains: a component A of ethanol a component B of bentonite and/or laponite a component C of nylon powder a component D of acrylate crosspolymer powder and a component E of water.
