PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic with settled vesicles, that is excellent in two-layer separability and storage stability of the vesicles and moisture-retaining feeling.SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains vesicles comprising the following ingredients (A) to (C) as main constituents: (A) lysophospholipid, (B) phospholipid, (C) cholesterol and/or phytosterol, wherein the blended mass ratio A/B of the component (A) and the component (B) is 1.5-8, and the blended mass ratio A/C of the component (A) and the component (C) is 1.5-8.
