PURPOSE: A process for producing a Lentinus edodes tea bag products is provided, therefore one can easily take the taste, flavor and nutrients of Lentinus edodes at any place. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing a Lentinus edodes tea bag products comprises the steps of: roasting barley and corns, and pulverizing roasted barley and corns, Cassia tora L., and fresh Lentinus edodes in an appropriate size with a pulverizer; mixing 20 to 30 wt.% of roasted barley, 15 to 25 wt.% of roasted corns, 10 to 20 wt.% of Cassia tora L., and 35 to 45 wt.% of fresh Lentinus edodes; and packaging the Lentinus edodes mixture into a tea bag, in which 90% of lead component in the barley and corns is removed during roasting the barley and corns.
