PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an male incontinence pad hardly causing collapse of its shape, and keeping the shape according to the swell of a male sexual organ to attain good wearing feeling.
SOLUTION: This incontinence pad 1a for males includes an absorbent body 14 in which a plurality of sheets 18, 20 are stacked with an absorber 22 held between them. In the absorbent body 14, a part 36 folded downward like a downward fold toward an inner surface 32 is formed at least at a part in a longitudinal direction extending from one end 14X to the other end 14Y. The absorbent body has a bonding margin 37 where a downward folded part is bonded with a predetermined width along the fold of the downward folded part 36 and a stop part 38 keeping the downward fold of the part 36 folded downward at least at one end 36X of the downward folded part 36. When the absorbent body 14 is deployed and used, a recessed space 33 is formed on the inner surface 32 side.
