PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a principal collation device for making a user update rarely used biometrics information for emergency use by force or by calling the users attention.SOLUTION: The principal collation device is provided with: an input part 14 for acquiring input information as the biometrics information of a collation object person a storage part 15 for storing registration information as the biometrics information of a preregistered authorized user a control part 18 for collating whether or not the collation object person is the authorized user himself or herself by using the input information and the registration information and a display part 12.
