PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of preparation work by securing uniform work quality about the preparation work of a medicine.SOLUTION: A medicine preparation support device 30 supporting medicine preparation work executed according to prescription data of a medicine includes a connection part 36, input parts 37a, 37b, a control part 31, and a display part 38. The connection part 36 can be connected to one or more preparation devices 51-53 each automatically executing a work process that is at least a part of the medicine preparation work. The input parts 37a, 37b receive input of information by operation of a worker performing the medicine preparation work. The control part 31 updates information related to the medicine preparation work on the basis of at least one of information from the one or more preparation devices 51-53 and the information by the operation of the worker.
