A method for treating a lymphoma selected from non-Hodgkins and Hodgkins lymphoma comprising administering an organoarsenic compound having a structure of the formula (I) wherein X is S or Se and R1 and R2 are independently C1-30alkyl (R3, R3, R4, R5, W and "n" are as defined in claim 1 ) in particular where the compound is S-dimethylarsinoglutathione, N-(2-S-dimethylarsinothiopropionyl)glycine, 2- amino-3-(dimethylarsino)thio-3-methylbutanoic acid, S-dimethylarsino-thiosuccinic acid or S-dipropylarsino-l - thioglycerol.Linvention porte sur une méthode de traitement dun lymphome choisi parmi un lymphome non-hodgkinien et un lymphome hodgkinien, comprenant ladministration dun composé organique de larsenic ayant une structure de la formule (I), dans laquelle X représente S ou Se et R1 et R2 sont indépendamment alkyle en C1-C30 (R3, R3, R4, R5, W et « n » sont tels que définis dans la revendication 1), en particulier lorsque le composé est la S-diméthylarsinoglutathione, la N-(2-S-diméthylarsinothiopropionyl)glycine, lacide 2-amino-3-(diméthylarsino)thio-3-méthylbutanoïque, lacide S-diméthylarsino-thiosuccinique ou le S-dipropylarsino-1-thioglycérol.
