Processing oil- and urea-containing composition for producing nitrate-free nitrogenous fertilizer, comprises mixing the composition with ammonium sulfate solution, heating the mixture and separating the liquid phase from the oil phase
The method for processing oil- and urea-containing composition, comprises filling 1 part by weight of aqueous ammonium sulfate solution in a container (5) and then adding 0.02 kg of butylhydroxyanisol as anti-oxidation agent per 1000 kg of sulfate solution, filling 0.7 part by weight of the composition in the container, mixing and homogenizing the composition with the ammonium sulfate solution at 50[deg] C for 3 hours, heating the mixture in the container at 50[deg] C, terminating the heat supply and discharging the mixture over a period of 1 hour, and separating the oil phase from the liquid phase. The method for processing oil- and urea-containing composition, comprises filling 1 part by weight of aqueous ammonium sulfate solution in a container (5) and then adding 0.02 kg of butylhydroxyanisol as an anti-oxidation agent per 1000 kg of sulfate solution, filling 0.7 part by weight of the composition in the container, mixing and homogenizing the composition with the ammonium sulfate solution at 50[deg] C for 3 hours, heating the mixture in the container at 50[deg] C, terminating the heat supply and discharging the mixture over a period of 1 hour, and separating the oil phase from the liquid phase. The ammonium sulfate solution (25-45 wt.%) is used as the aqueous ammonium sulfate solution. The composition contains oil content (20 wt.%), ethanol content (10 wt.%) and urea (30-35 wt.%). The composition is mixed with the aqueous ammonium sulfate solution in a weight ratio of 0.7:1. The composition and the ammonium sulfate solution are heated at 50[deg] C. The aqueous ammonium sulfate solution is produced by acid wash ammonia-containing exhaust air and/or exhaust gases with sulfuric acid or with the caprolactam-production, and by oxalic acid-free sulfuric acid (78 wt.%). The liquid phase contains 20 wt.% of nitrogen, 5-6 wt.% of sulfur, and 14 wt.% of urea and 6 wt.% of ammonium nitrogen or 15 wt.% of urea and 5 wt.% of ammonium nitrogen. The liquid phase is a nitrogen fertilizer solution. The obtained oil phase is reprocessed to oil product. The ammonium sulfate solution contains 3.3 wt.% of the caprolactam and/or a hydrolysis product. An independent claim is included for a nitrogen fertilizer solution.
