PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food drier having a structure obtained by parallelly arranging many drying chambers, and installing a heat source apparatus with a fan in one side, and an apparatus for enhancing nutrient by lamp radiation in the other side, carrying out the drying treatment of shiitake mushroom, and enhancing the nutrient and vitamin D2 by the lamp radiation, and to solve the problems wherein the opening and closing control of a damper, effective utilization of a heat exchanger, efficient drying and energy saving allow of improvement.SOLUTION: The food drier is obtained by installing air-feeding and exhausting passages in the upper faces and one-side faces of the drying chambers. An upper-face circulating opening of the drying chamber and an end opening of air feed of the air-feeding passage are opened and closed with dampers to form a circulation-fed air joint passage in the air-feeding passage. The heat exchanger is arranged in the air-feeding and exhausting passages. A heating chamber is formed between the drying chamber and the air-feeding passage. The fan and the heat source are arranged in the heating chamber, and the end terminal opening of the heating chamber is opened at the lower opening at the lower face of the drying chamber. An exhausting opening of the drying chamber is opened at the starting terminal opening of the air-exhausting passage.
