PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation greenhouse, in which a simple fine mist cooling installation that utilizes the vaporization heat of fine mist is used to cool the inside of the greenhouse, which makes it possible to maintain working environments (humidity and temperature) for workers who are engaged on their work in the greenhouse within a preferable range even though the inside of the greenhouse is cooled with the fine mist in such a way.SOLUTION: In a plant cultivation greenhouse, the upper part of a greenhouse body 1 is covered with a transparent covering material 2, and the inside of the greenhouse body is partitioned into two upper and lower chambers of an upper chamber 21 on the ceiling side and a lower chamber 22 which serves as a cultivation chamber by a partitioning material 6 which allows ventilation between the upper chamber and the lower chamber. Insect proof nets 3 are stretched to be installed on side faces 11 of the lower chamber 22, the inside of the upper chamber 21 is cooled with fine mist by a fine mist cooling device 7, and an exhaust fan 5 is provided in the upper chamber for exhausting air from the upper chamber 21 to the outside of the greenhouse. By forcedly exhausting air from the upper chamber 21 by the exhaust fan 5, air in the lower chamber 22 is sucked into the upper chamber 21, and then outdoor air is introduced into the lower chamber 22 through the insect proof nets 3, which allows a working environment in the lower chamber 22, which serves as a cultivation chamber, to be almost equivalent to the outdoor air.
