PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately provide guide information related to a rest contributing to safe driving to a driver.SOLUTION: A road information acquisition section 710 acquires a feature of a travel scheduled road and a travel environment state. A physical influence evaluation section 751 performs evaluation on whether a driver is to be drowsy and whether a driver is to be tired when traveling on a travel scheduled road on the basis of the information. Then, when it is evaluated that a driver is to be drowsy, a rest evaluation section 753 evaluates that a rest has to be taken in order to prevent a driver from becoming drowsy before traveling on a travel scheduled road. When it is evaluated that a driver is to be tired, the rest evaluation section 753 evaluates that a rest has to be taken in order to prevent a driver from becoming tired before traveling on a travel scheduled road.
