PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical microscopic apparatus made easy not only to largely incline a mirror member but also to finely adjust the angle of inclination of the mirror member.SOLUTION: The medical microscopic apparatus is equipped with the mirror member 4 of a microscope having an optical system for microscopically examining a target and a ball joint 2 that suspends the mirror member 4 from an attachment target 53 in a shakable manner. The ball joint 2 is attached to the attachment target 53 on its ball side 6 and connected to the mirror member 4 on its socket side 7.
