The present invention relates to a movable detoxifying device and a method for operating the same. The movable detoxifying device comprises: a detoxifying chamber having a sealed space formed therein to accommodate a contaminated tool contaminated by a chemical or biological weapon； a spraying device connected with the detoxifying chamber through a feeding pipe so as to supply hydrogen peroxide steam and ammonia gas which are detoxifying agents into the detoxifying chamber； and a post-treating device connected with the detoxifying chamber through a discharging pipe so as to remove the detoxifying agents fed in the detoxifying chamber. Because the hydrogen peroxide steam and ammonia gas are used, precision equipment, the insides of vehicles/aircraft, and the insides of facilities/buildings which cannot be detoxified through existing detoxifying agents can be detoxified. Thanks to the size and weight of the detoxifying device, the same can be moved to an inaccessible contaminated area. Accordingly, in an emergency involving an attack using bioochemical weapons, a rapid response is possible.본 발명은 이동형 제독장치 및 그 작동방법에 관한 것으로, 화학 또는 생물 무기에 오염된 오염장비가 수용되는 밀폐 공간이 형성된 제독챔버와, 제독챔버 내부로 제독제인 과산화수소 증기 및 암모니아 가스를 공급하기 위해서 제독챔버와 유입관을 통해 연결된 분사장치와, 제독챔버 내부로 유입된 제독제를 제거하기 위해서 제독챔버와 배출관을 통해 연결된 후처리장치를 포함하며, 과산화수소 증기 및 암모니아 가스의 사용으로 종래의 제독제로는 제독이 불가능한 영역인 정밀장비, 차량/항공기 내부, 시설/건물 내부 등의 제독이 가능하고, 제독장비의 크기 및 무게로 인해 접근이 불가능한 오염지역으로 이동이 가능하여 화생무기 공격의 위급한 상황에서 신속한 대응이 가능하게 되는 효과가 있는 이동형 제독장치 및 그 작동방법을 제공한다.
