PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid composition that has improved adherability in a mouth in spite of containing a high concentration of a fat globule membrane component.SOLUTION: A solid composition contains components of:(A) 20 to 70 mass% of a fat globule membrane component (B) carbonate and (C) at least one edible organic acid selected from citric acid, succinic acid, ascorbic acid, acetic acid, gluconic acid, malic acid, fumaric acid and adipic acid.
