The human organ motion monitoring method comprises: obtaining the first position and attitude in the image coordinate system of each motion monitoring tool (120) identified from the preoperative three-dimensional medical image; real-time determining of the second position and attitude in the positioning coordinate system of each motion monitoring tool (120) during surgery; real-time calculating of the optimum coordinate conversion between the positioning coordinate system and the image coordinate system based on the first position and attitude in the image coordinate system and the second position and attitude in the positioning coordinate system of each motion monitoring tool (120), and calculating the overall error for the coordinate conversion of each motion monitoring tool (120) from the positioning coordinate system to the image coordinate system based on the optimum coordinate conversion; and assessing the degree of motion of human organs at various time points with respect to the pre-surgery scanning time point based on the real-time determined overall error for the coordinate conversion of each motion monitoring tool (120) at various time points.La présente invention concerne un procédé de surveillance de mouvement d'organe humain et un système de navigation chirurgical pour la surveillance en temps réel de mouvements d'organe humain pendant une opération chirurgicale.
