The present invention relates to a polymer film, a solar cell panel protective film, and a solar power generation apparatus comprising the same. The polymer film of the present invention comprises: a first layer comprising a polyester resin; and a second layer formed on one side or both sides of the first layer, wherein the first layer and the second layer have a coextruded structure, and the second layer comprises 50 to 90% by weight of fluoro-based resin and 5 to 25% by weight of adhesion enhancement resin. Since adhesion between the adhesion enhancement resin and the polyester resin is greater than adhesion between the fluoro-based resin and the polyester resin, the polymer film has an improved peel strength and can be easily prepared by coextrusion, and thus can be usefully used as a solar cell panel protective film.
