PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize simultaneous operation of pulling out stems and leaves and tearing off mulch film, and to realize reduction of weight of a traveling machine and reduction of the cost.SOLUTION: L-shaped floats 3 are arranged on rear side of right and left auxiliary wheels 1b, and comprising a horizontal part which is inserted between mulch film F covering a ridge A and the ridge A so that mulch film F is to be floated. A feeding roller 5 is arranged at a rear position of the floats 3 so that the floated mulch film F is loaded thereon and guided to the rear side of the traveling machine 1. After pulling out stems and leaves P, the mulch film F is floated by the right and left floats 3 and guided to the rear side of the traveling machine 1 by the feeding roller 5 so that the mulch film F is placed on the ridge A in a manner capable of collecting it.
